One specialist covers forty accounts and costs you a salary. This covers all of them — no per-seat charge, no per-conversation meter, and no overage line anywhere.
A trade rather than a discount, written down both ways.
$15,000 a year paid annually — two months free.
An honest answer rather than a band we have not finished thinking about.
Enterprise: not yet. If you need SSO, SOC 2, data residency or a single-tenant deployment, Amvio cannot serve you today — and we would rather say so than book a call about it. What we have not built →
The honest objection to a company this new is not that the price is too high — it is that you cannot justify it if it does not work. So that is the part we removed.
No annual lock-in unless you want the two free months.
Given either way, and that is the whole exit clause.
Transcripts, account records, everything it learned.
Four things that are not upgrades here, and are sold as upgrades elsewhere.
Not at any tier and not ever. The whole argument for this product is that per-head cost is why most of your accounts go unserved — charge per head and you would cap the deployment to your top tier.
the headcount argument →A conversation costs us about thirteen cents, and a customer at the top of the Growth band runs roughly fourteen hundred a month. That gap is why we can promise a call rather than an invoice when your usage triples.
In the privacy policy rather than a plan comparison, so it applies to everyone. Some products in this category charge for it.
the privacy policy →Transcripts, account records, and everything Amvio worked out about your product. A memory you cannot take with you is lock-in wearing a feature’s clothes.
what it remembers →Including the two where the answer is no. Open the ones you need — the rest stay out of your way.
There is no free tier, but Growth is month to month and if Amvio is not answering your users' questions by the end of month one, you do not pay for month two. That is a better offer than free: a free trial is evaluated by nobody in particular, and a paid month gets somebody inside your company who wants it to work.
Setup involves one of us on a screen share for an afternoon while somebody walks Amvio through your product. Until that runs without us, a free tier would mean we could not staff the thing we promised you — and your afternoon would be wasted alongside ours. When Discovery is self-serve, there will be a free plan.
Growth is the entry band, and the user ceiling is a ceiling rather than a target — you are not paying for headroom you are not using. If you are well under a thousand users, the design partner arrangement is the more honest offer while those places exist.
We call you and talk about it. There is no per-conversation meter and no overage line anywhere in this product, so growing past a ceiling is a conversation you have, not an invoice you open.
No, and we never will. The entire argument for this product is that per-head cost is why most of your accounts go unserved. Charge per head and you would cap the deployment to your top tier, which recreates the exact problem you bought it to solve. The band is set by how many people use your product, not by how many you let talk to Amvio.
No. It is true at every tier and it is written into the privacy policy rather than a plan comparison. Some products in this category do sell it as an upgrade; we think that tells you what they consider the default.
Thirty days' notice, and you leave with the full export — transcripts, account records, and everything Amvio learned about your product. A memory you cannot take with you is lock-in wearing a feature's clothes.
Then Amvio cannot serve you today, and we would rather say that than book a call about it. The trust centre lists exactly what has not been built, including those three, before anybody has to ask.
Your users are already having the conversation. Right now it is with nobody.
